Account

I can't sign in

Sign in the same way you signed up: email, Apple or Google. If you used email, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. Confirmation and reset emails come from Remspeak; check your spam folder if you don't see them within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your dreams, drawings, sleep records, insights and profile. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that first (see below).

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Go to Profile → Export my data to download everything you've recorded.

Subscription

How do I cancel?

iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Remspeak. You can also tap Profile → Manage subscription in Remspeak.
Web: in Remspeak at app.remspeak.com, tap Profile → Manage subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

I got a new phone and my plan is missing

Sign in with the same account, then tap Restore purchases on the plan screen.

Refunds

Purchases made on iPhone are handled by Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made on the web, email us.

Dream Lock alarm

The alarm didn't ring

Dream Lock needs iOS 26.1 or later and permission to set alarms. Check Settings → Remspeak → Alarms is on. Dream Lock rings through silent mode and Focus. On the web it can only ring while the Remspeak tab is open.

How do I turn it off without logging a dream?

Tap "I can't remember" on the wake screen, or press and hold the stop button for a few seconds.

Privacy

Your journal is private to your account and encrypted in storage and in transit. Dreams you mark private are never sent to AI. Read the full Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, or email privacy@remspeak.com.
